Support and Escalation

Use this page to understand when to escalate, what evidence to collect, and how support, operators, and engineers should cooperate during a Ryvra incident or exception.

#What to collect

  • Request, event, and settlement references when available.
  • Time of the issue, current visible status, and intended outcome.
  • Screenshots, logs, or notes that explain what changed.

#When to escalate

  • A high-value workflow is blocked or stuck without a clear reason.
  • There is a mismatch between local state and canonical final state.
  • A security issue, suspected abuse, or unauthorized action may be involved.
